Year 9 Biology Vaccines and Immunity Part 1. Students will be able to explain why we have vaccines and to describe different ways to administer vaccines. They will learn about the work of Edward Jenner, an English doctor who helped to develop smallpox vaccination and to make the practice of vaccination mainstream.
The slides include extension questions, and your students can select from a pick and mix of different tasks. Follows the Activate 3 KS3 course.
