In this Year-8 Biology Health and Lifestyle: Smoking lesson, students will learn about the effects of smoking tobacco on health and pregnancy. They will explain the meaning of passive smoking, and discuss other products containing nicotine. These will include e-cigarettes and NHS-prescribed nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).
The slides include extension questions, and students can choose from a variety of different tasks.
